Earnings and Revenue Trajectory
AI Review
The company's earnings trajectory demonstrates steady operational recovery following the complete separation from entertainment assets. Consolidated revenue reached $127 billion over the trailing twelve months, supported by consistent gains in high-speed fiber broadband and mobile service billing. However, reported net income of $21.5 billion was inflated by non-recurring disposal gains and accounting adjustments. The true underlying reality is found in cash generation: normalized annual free cash flow sits comfortably near $17.65 billion, providing genuine cash to service obligations and return capital to shareholders.

Profitability & Margins
Margins and Operating Efficiency
AI Review
Operating profitability has shown steady structural expansion, with adjusted EBITDA margins climbing toward forty percent. This improvement stems from a more profitable customer mix: fast-growing fiber subscriptions and premium unlimited mobile plans generate higher monthly revenues while costing less to maintain. Simultaneously, shutting down obsolete copper networks and automating customer service removes chronic operational waste. Although aggressive promotional discounting in the mobile sector limits rapid price hikes, structural efficiency gains from modern network architecture ensure core profit margins remain well defended against broader inflationary pressures.
