Earnings and Revenue Trajectory
AI Review
The company's latest income statements show a business taking its very first steps from a development laboratory into early commercial selling. In the second quarter of 2026, revenue reached 570 thousand dollars, marking its sixth consecutive quarter of sequential top-line growth. However, trailing twelve-month revenue stands at merely 1.71 million dollars, consisting mostly of small engineering fees rather than high-volume product sales. Beneath the top line, heavy research and engineering outlays drove annual net losses to 75.7 million dollars and free cash burn to over 40 million dollars. While quarterly losses narrowed slightly due to non-operating interest income on cash reserves, the business remains deeply in the red until commercial production scales significantly.

Profitability & Margins
Margins and Operating Efficiency
AI Review
Reported profit margins currently provide an optical illusion. Accounting gross margins appear at 100 percent because initial revenues reflect engineering service contracts without standard manufacturing costs. In reality, operating losses reached 57.2 million dollars over the trailing twelve months, reflecting heavy fixed costs for engineering teams and prototyping laboratories. True production profit margins remain completely unproven. When volume manufacturing begins in Malaysian cleanrooms, actual material costs, assembly yields, and partner revenue splits will pull gross margins down toward realistic hardware levels between 40 and 50 percent. Genuine operating profitability will only arrive once factory output scales high enough to absorb ongoing corporate overhead expenses.
