Investment perspective

Markets first, technology in service of better judgment

Russlan began investing in 2007 at age 15, with Apple as his first stock, and later helped manage his family's global portfolio. That early experience shaped a durable belief: an investment decision should connect business quality, financial health, valuation, macro conditions, portfolio risk, and the evidence that could invalidate the thesis.

His finance background later moved inside institutional systems. At Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking, he developed quantitative trading-risk software for fixed income and interest-rate derivatives. At J.P. Morgan, he worked around strategic programs touching liquidity, balance-sheet change, sanctions, cyber, and cloud transformation.

iPulse AI grows from that combination of investor experience and systems engineering. It is designed as research and decision support—not a broker, trading bot, or substitute for personal financial advice.

Career and delivery

More than 60 projects and products across high-stakes domains

His work spans finance, healthcare, genomics, biotechnology, environmental sciences, public sector, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and large-scale transformation. His public-markets journey began in 2007 with Apple as his first stock. The common thread is turning complex systems into governed, usable products, programs, and investment judgment.
